Principal Counsel, Corporate & Commercial Litigation
(Ms.) Ogubuike Udonna founded Hephzibah Legal Consult after years of advising clients in commercial and family law across Nigeria. She saw too many disputes that could have been avoided with clearer drafting and earlier counsel.
Her practice spans corporate formation, commercial contracts, civil and criminal litigation, matrimonial disputes, and insolvency proceedings. She brings a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach to every matter — whether in the boardroom, the family home, or the courtroom.
Ogubuike is known for her direct style, her commitment to plain language, and her availability to clients. She believes that serious legal work does not require a large firm — it requires preparation, judgment, and accessibility.
Based in Abuja, FCT, she serves clients across Nigeria, with particular focus on the Federal Capital Territory, Lagos, and the South-East. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and appears regularly before the High Courts and the Court of Appeal.
